ILSR Joins Ask for Federal Trade Commission to Investigate Utility Abuses

In a petition filed earlier this week and co-signed by over 200 organizations, the Institute for Local Self-Reliance joined the Center for Biological Diversity, Solar United Neighbors, and Energy and Policy Institute in asking the Federal Trade Commission to investigate abuses by electric utilities to protect American consumers.
