Louise Mann, Waste Reduction Resources, has been a recycling educator and activist for over thirty years. She is now focused on the effort to prevent single stream recycling in Fayetteville from replacing the city’s curb-sort recycling program. In this short video Mann summarizes the development of this dilemma for citizens, haulers and the city that will be decided in February 2017. Louise Mann has been a long time working partner of ILSR.
