These drop-offs become kind of like community hubs. They do this amazing job…of de-stigmatizing compost or food waste storage, because as more and more people participate and they notice other people who seem perfectly normal in all other ways…store food waste for a week and drop it off…they begin to not think of it as such a foreign idea.
