Energy Justice Network (EJN) continues its grass roots campaign to stimulate recycling in Baltimore, a city that is suffering from a low household recycling rate of less than 20%.
This is the latest effort to replicate EJN’s success in the Westport, Mt Winans and Lakewood communities, in the Cherry Hill community.
The effort is a component of the pro recycling and economic development and anti incineration campaigns by EJN, United Workers, ILSR and Physicians for Social Responsibility. The project is supported by the Abell Foundation.
