Middlebury Service Center Low-Income Solar Array

This solar array, built in partnership with Suncommon Solar, is part of an initiative to make solar accessible to people with low-to moderate-income. Half of this solar array is reserved for Green Mountain Power customers who are at, or below, 200% of the federal poverty level. These customers paid no money down, did not need credit to apply, and received a 7% discount on their energy bills for being subscribed to the array.
