New Article Chronicles Baltimore’s Decade-Long Struggle to Stop New Incinerators

An insightful new article from Inside Climate News highlights a group of Baltimore activists who discovered that, due to permitting requirements, it is easier to stop a proposed incinerator than to shut down an existing incinerator.
