He co-authored <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ilsr.org\/size-matters-report-shows-small-scale-community-based-composting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Growing Local Fertility: A Guide to Community Composting<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with Brenda Platt of ILSR, and has been an ardent proponent and collaborator in the community composting movement in the United States.
