Residents of three coastal Maine communities – Camden, Rockport, and Thomaston – have voted to support an interlocal agreement establishing the MidCoast Internet Development Corporation (MIDC), a nonprofit regional broadband utility in the Penobscot Bay Region of MidCoast Maine.
