Kelsey Henquinet is the Communications Assistant with the Institute for Local Self-Reliance. She gathers and shares topical material focusing on telecommunications and energy programs through ILSR’s networks, and assists in marketing ILSR releases.
Kelsey graduated from St. Olaf College in 2016 with a BA in Political Science, History, and Middle Eastern Studies. During her time at St. Olaf, she studied abroad in Masaya, Nicaragua, where she studied sustainable local development with the Global Engagement Studies Institute at Northwestern University. Before joining ILSR, Kelsey completed a year of service with AmeriCorps VISTA in Minneapolis.
